Experience hiring and developing teams within an existing organization to work side-by-side with other teams. RequirementsExperience in engineering transformation (ideally in cloud or DevOps, but we believe that hard transformation of any kind is a special experience). You will develop enough structure to bring about prioritization of work that has the biggest impact for Splunk's customers, while allowing flexibility and empowerment of teams to deliver beyond our customers' expectations. This is a demanding role, calling for a flexible leader who brings a ton of empathy while holding the linefor high quality and frequent product releases. You understand what it takes to run large-scale multi-tenant distributed systems with dependencies on imperfect, constantly-changing foundations, taking performance, availability, security, compliance, and cost to heart.
